- Open and fully equipped kitchen: filter and Senseo coffee makers, microwave, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, storage. Adjacent utility room with fridge/freezer.
- Ground floor Bedroom 1: 1 140cm bed, large wardrobe, TV, TV stand. Adjoining bathroom with large walk-in shower, single washbasin, storage and towel dryer. Separate WC with hand basin.
- Garage: washing machine and tumble dryer

Vacances en famille
Maison fonctionnelle et bien située pour des vacances en famille. Il manque quelques équipements (notamment ustensiles de cuisine) mais nous avons apprécié les vélos mis à disposition !
Nous avons eu des problèmes de clés et serrures, réglés par l’agence.

Propriété conforme pour des vacances en bord de mer, très bien située à Erdeven, commerces accessibles à pieds ou à vélo, pistes cyclables, très belles plages à moins de 2km en voiture, on peut aussi y aller à vélo.
