Kilkya. A great place to stay

Fabulous position. Right on the beach with a pool as well. Price included breakfast, snacks in the daytime and dinner. We visited one of the castles. The other one is on an island and not accessible. Both are gradually being rebuilt. Just a lovely place to stay. A real holiday place.

Daha önceden burda konaklayan bir arakadaşımın tavsiyesiydi ama gelip gördükten sonra aslında dahada ısrarla tavsiye etmesi gerektiğini söledim😎 iş gereği 3 gün Kadar kısa bir konaklama olmasına Rağmen eşimle beraber cok memnun kaldıgımız bir yerde tekrar tercih edeblilir ve özellikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer diyebilirim👍 Cook Ufak tekef eksikleri olmasına rağmen gerek resepsiyonda gerekse restaurant plaj ve otel içinde çalışan tüm personelin ilgi ve alakası Tüm eksikleri örtüyor diyebilirm ve tekrar tercih etmemin en büyük sebebi personelin sıcak samimi ve güler yüzlü hızlı hizemti olabilr🙋‍♂️ Herşey için cok cok teşekkür ederim..👍👍👍 Restaurant şefi cemil beye özellikle teşekkürlerimi sunarım👍👍

Gelecekler düşünmeden tercih edebilir.

Otele arabayla gelişinizde kibar vale ile karşılaşıyorsunuz resepsiyonistte aynen öyle ilgili ve alakalıydı oda deniz manzarasını kız kalesimi görüyordu. Temizlik iyiydi ama çöp bulamadık odanın içerisinde çöp yoktu. Yemek hizmeti biz yarım pansiyon için kaldık sabah kahvaltı yeterliydi akşam yemeği siz oturuyorsunuz herşeyiyle hizmet ediyorlar. O gün sevmediğim yemek olmasına rağmen yemeğimi farklı yaptılar benim için. Bir kez daha gelsem kesinlikle tercih ederim. Teşekkürler. Havuz kenarında masalarınız çok güzeldi her ne kadar mumları rüzgarda yakamasakta ambians çok iyiydi.

Hotels.com aracılığıyla ilk kez bu kadar kötü bir tecrübe yaşadım. Otel kesinlikle 4 yıldızı haketmiyor. Otele girdiğimiz andan, çıkış yapana dek problem yaşadık. Önce rezervasyonumuzu bulamadılar, ardından hotels anlaşmamız yok dediler. Yetkili karşıma çıkmadı, ajentanızı arayın denildi. Hotels.com’u telefonla aradım ve ancak ondan sonra “bize mail düşmemiş” diye cevap verdiler! Oda yeterince temiz değildi. Odalarda su yoktu! 4 yıldızlı bir otelde ilk kez suya para verdik. Temiz diye koydukları havlular kirli ve kanlıydı! Yeni istedik, yine aynı kirlilikte havlu geldi. Sahile inip çıktığımızda musluk yerinde yoktu. Söyledik, yapılmadı. Sonra odanızı değiştireceğiz denildi. Eşyaları topladık, bu defa tamir edeceğiz dediler. Musluğun altı su akıtıyordu. Çıkış yaparken, sitenizden online ödeme yaptığım halde ücret talep ettiler! Bu kadar sorunu ben yaşamaktan ve yazmaktan utandım. Hotels.com ciddiyetine hiç yakışmayan bir işletme yüzünden mağdur oldum. Tek iyi şey yemeklerin vasatın üstü olmasıydı, sunumu yapan Cemil Bey adındaki görevliye teşekkür ederim.
