The house is thoughtfully decorated with local artwork. The large stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a big family meal. There is plenty of seating for everyone with two dining tables. The bar with granite tops has an additional 8 stools. The kids love the bunk room that will sleep 8. The huge covered wrap around porch is the perfect spot to watch the sunset. There is a hammock and swing on the porch too. The ceiling fans keep you cool on a hot summer day. The café lighting creates a peaceful atmosphere in the evening while reminiscing about the fun day you had. The large flat lot is a great place for the kids to play. With over 500 feet of water frontage, the setting is gorgeous and private. The views are breathtaking. Deep water all year round makes this a place to stay even during the winter months. There are two walk in beach areas, one even is a sandy beach. The new large dock has several loungers & chairs, as well as a water slide. It is big enough to park two boats. The 1800’s handcrafted gazebo that was shipped here from Bali sits on a point overlooking the lake. This gem is the perfect spot for a wedding, engagement or selfie! It is worth a walk out there to see the stunning detail for yourself. We even have a boat ramp where you can launch your own boat. There is plenty of parking for the boat trailer as well as guests cars. The large firepit sits on the waters edge and is the perfect spot to finish the evening with smores. We do provide firewood for your convenience. Our location is the best… we are directly across from The Landing at Parkers Creek & Parkers Creek Marina. We even provide plenty of kayaks & corn-hole for your enjoyment. Lake Life Living & Rentals offer tritoon boat and jetski rentals if needed. Whether you're seeking a relaxing trip laying out on the beach, or an fun day going down the water slide, you'll enjoy a restful night's sleep on our luxurious mattresses & linens, waking up refreshed and ready for your day on Lake Martin.

KITCHEN & DINING
The open-concept main level of the home boats soaring ceiling with stunning views of the lake. The kitchen, hearth room, and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are completely outfitted with all the must have cookware, dishes, utensils and appliances that you will need to cook yummy meals. The dining table will seat up to 8 with an additional 6 seats at the kitchen island. There is also a small game table with seating for 4 additional guests.

FAMILY ROOM
The family room boasts ample seating for the entire family. Cozy up on the leather sofa and enjoy a movie on the large smart TV. Family favorite board games, cards & puzzles are provided and stored in the dining hutch. Snuggle up to a toasty fire in the custom stone wood burning fireplace. The sandy beach area is a perfect spot to relax and sunbathe, or a launching place for the kayaks. The dock has plenty of space to handout and enjoy the views. There is also a fun water slide on the dock, perfect for the young at heart. The point on Deer"point" has a stunning 1800's hand carved gazebo that was shipped here from Bali. It sits on the point and over looks the gorgeous views of Lake Martin. It has been the perfect location to many proposals, I do's, and gender reveals. The spacious covered deck has a comfy seating area and dining table, making it the perfect spot to relax and read a book while the kids splash in the lake. Be sure to catch a famous Lake Martin sunset. The grill master in the family will love the grilling area with a propane grill. Keep the party outside and eat your meal at the outside dining table. The thoughtfully added café lights will glow even as the sun goes down, making the outdoor area enjoyable at night. Cozy up at the lakeside firepit and enjoy smores, camp fire songs and fellowship with loved ones.

DOCK
Enjoy the day hanging out by the lake on the dock. Thrill seekers love the water slide. Spend the day kayaking and floating in the lake. There is plenty of space to park a boat. If you don't have a boat, no worries, we can provide a boat and/or jetski for you. For your convenience, delivery will be made to the dock and picked up when finished.
