Superb modern apartment close to the city center, calm and warm, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people (1 queen size bed & 1 sofa bed mattress 18cm very comfortable), dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine are also included. Bed linen and towels will be provided. Note that the
Check-in will be between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and check-out until 12 p.m.

A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, capsule coffee machine and kitchen utensils. a bright bedroom with a queen size bed, bedside table and dressing room. USB wall socket.
A neat bathroom with walk-in shower and storage units and lighted mirror.
THE SUSPENDED TOILETS ARE SEPARATE.
Parking with reserved space, bus stop at the foot of the building, and the course (tree-lined park) is two minutes away on foot, ideal for runners or walkers.
