Bad experience!

I booked this hotel for one night so we could stop over during our trip back home. When i noticed a mistake in my booking ( date ) i immediately contacted the hotel to change the date since we where already on our way to the hotel. Unfortunattely they where not able to help us and the only option they offered me was to do a completely new booking. Due to the lack of support we had to drive trough the night together with our 2 children. I understand it's a budget hotel but you would still expect some level of humanity and customer support.

L’hôtel était vraiment bien pour un Ibis Budget : chambre propre et confortable. La perfection aurait été d’avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre pour une petite tisane le soir, ainsi qu’un plat chaud au petit-déjeuner, comme des œufs brouillés.
