Comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests within its 85 sq.m. interior and expansive 1300 sq.m. plot, our Villa is the perfect retreat for short or long-term stays. This charming coastal village, renowned for its beautiful beaches and inlets, is beloved for its unique landscape and culture. It is home to the world-famous performances at the Epidavros Theatre and a marina bustling with yachts and sailboats every summer. Celebrated actors, artists, and nature enthusiasts regularly choose our location for their vacations, while several celebrities have built their luxury villines amidst the olive, citrus, and orange tree fields that adorn our hills.

Our home features two well-appointed bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed for two, and a second cozy space with bunk beds. Upon request, a baby cot can be provided, and an extra single bed can be added to the master bedroom.

Experience luxury and tranquility outdoors, where a private, large pool sits at the front of the house, offering a breathtaking view of Ancient Epidavros. Beside it, an array of outdoor furniture invites you to relax and drink in the scenery. *Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €15 per night, while from November to March, it is €4 per night. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
