This hotel is fantastic. Perfectly situated in Epernay. Walking distance to everything and the service is amazing

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Only concern was room ten, loaded with low beams (obviously for support) by precariously placed for guests. One large beam on left side of bed, so dangerous. Even after sliding the bed to right side I managed to smack my head. We felt as if we were crouching every time we were in the room. I’d suggest moving bed to other side of room by door, it’s a bad accident waiting to happen…
