Always excellent/polite friendly staff, who are happy to help with everything and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a very happy stay. Very good value for money. The reception staff was kind enough to wait for me until 3am because of my extremely delayed flight. Room was very clean with all the toiletries I required during my stay. It was a lovely stay while in Entebbe. The grounds are lush & beautiful. I enjoyed some quiet time poolside. The Buffet breakfast was very good with a nice variety of different foods daily. Staff was wonderful. The rooms are very spacious & clean.
