The room/ hotel is run down. There was mold on the carpet on the 2nd floor where we stayed. The shower head was rusted & the hotel lacked attention to detail. It’s in a convenient location with an Oxxo around the corner, restaurant, room service & casino available. Parking is also a plus.

Everything was great at the Hotel. Staff super friendly, felt safe, loved the rooms, the pool area including the bar, excellent buffet. The only negative I will give are the carpets throughout the hallways, they are old and super dirty. They meed to replace them ASAP.
