Poor Service and Terrible Accomodations

We had a terrible stay at this hotel. The location is off a dirt road that is poorly lit. Parking is available onsite on a dirt lot. They have yet to finish construction on the property. Our room smelled terribly like a sewer. After coming back from a wedding there was no water available the remainder of my stay and nobody answered my calls. To make matters worse the air conditioner leaked all over the mattress and we were not able to use the bed. The property manger refused to refund my money.

Buena opción.

El lugar esta bonito, tiene una vista del valle bonita, la atención es muy buena, están muy al pendiente de tí, la escaleras de acceso son un poco incómodas, y el piso de la habitación no estaba muy limpio. Hubo un inconveniente con el agua caliente pero lo resolvieron al momento, En general estuvo bien el luegar.
