Se sijaitsee Pallas-YllÀstunturin kansallispuistossa ja katselee arvoiseltaan paikalta kukkulan laelta VuontisjÀrven ylitse avautuvaan tunturimaisemaan. Huvilan kahden huoneiston ja saunaosaston suunnittelussa on huomioitu mahdollisuus isommankin henkilömÀÀrÀn majoittamiseen. Kohde sopii erinomaisesti vaikkapa kahden perheen tai sukupolven yhteiseen lomailuun sekÀ yrityskÀyttöön. Molemmissa huoneistoissa on tÀydellisesti varustettu keittiö, varaava takka sekÀ pesutilat suihkuineen.
