Proximity to Shannon Airport, I changed my return flight to be able to stay there, very few room lefts that weekend. Safe and secure for single female travelling alone! Staff warm and welcoming and great food

Property is very convenient to Shannon Airport. My room was up a small flight ( 6 steps) but I needed help with my luggage, the room was at the end of a long hallway. The room was adequate for a brief stay, bathroom was upgraded . I have stayed there before after my visit to Ireland and flight home to USA.

After having spent a couple of nights at a so-called 4-star hotel in London, the easy-going simplicity of Park Inn, its kind, approachable staff, the relaxed and quality dining, and the thoughtfulness of an openable window and a portable fan made for a superior and very relaxing and ver convient experience. I have been through Shannon a dozen times but never stayed here before -- I plan to, next time I visit Ireland.

Wonderful Hotel With Fantastic Location

Wonderful hotel. Absolutely fantastic location. Literally next to the Shannon Airport, Ireland. Just a short walk across the paved crosswalk to the airport terminals. The hotel offered luggage dollies for free. We used a couple of them to transport our luggage across the parking lot to the airport when we checked out and we were able to just leave them at the airport. The hotel staff stated they go over to the airport and bring them back as a service they offer to their guests. Also very convenient to the airport rental car counters for rental car pick up/drop off. The staff was so very nice and helpful. The dinner selections at the bar, the night we stayed, were delicious and the breakfast bar/buffet had a great selection of quick cold items, as well as hot buffet options, coffee, tea and juice. We traveled with small children and the hotel bar had children's dinner menu options and plenty of breakfast options for picky little ones. The only real drawback was that all our rooms were up a small flight of stairs and there is no lift. But, the desk clerk called the bell hop and he schlepped our bags up to our rooms for us so, problem solved. Of course, we tipped him well for his assistance. The only improvement I would suggest would be a dairy free "milk" option for coffee, tea and breakfast. We are lactose intolerant. Free bottled water in the room would also be a plus. We highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have an early flight out of Shannon Airport the next day.

The information on Expedia for this hotel was misleading and false. The hotel was old, dingy, and had terrible housekeeping. Expedia stated “refrigerator upon request”, the hotel does not have refrigerators but would refrigerate in their cooler if requested, this is a very different thing. Housekeeping never completely cleaned the room, they left dirty glasses, cups, used tissues, never wiped down surfaces and the toiletries were not restocked unless you asked. I feel that both Expedia and park Inn are culpable for this wrong information. I should be entitled to a refund (full or partial) as I did not get what I paid for.

It was walking distance to the shannon airport. The food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet was also good. The only thing we did not like, is there was no air conditioning.

All was the best

At the end of a very busy two week vacation, we were tired and looking forward to returning home. Your staff was so kind and helpful, suggesting we could return our rental auto early and use a cart to carry luggage when we walked to the airport in the morning. There was even a path of footprints to follow. The dinner was wonderful, and the breakfast was one of the best we had in two weeks. The yogurt was outstanding.
