DO NOT BOOK. Whole place smelled of smoke. There were beetles in the room, stained carpet, mattress cover stained with blood looking substance, tears in the comforter, unknown substance on the curtains. Down right DIRTY. Only good thing was I asked for a full refund and was granted with good customer service. Absolutely AWFUL.

Very dirty. Stains on the carpet, chairs, and sheets. Rips in furniture. Musty smell. Couldn’t stay the night. Not clean at all.

Room condition was very poor, black out curtain were ripped up and dangling. I am not sure why it wouldn't have been replaced since cuertain were decorative and couldn't be pulled closed. I would have left, but I checked in after midnight and hotels near by were sold out. Couldn't sleep in as planned due to intense sun waking me up. Ratings were good, but overall condition of hotel anf room were veey poor.

First they “lost” my paid for reservation despite showing them the receipt of purchase and credit card withdrawal. They then “offered” me the option to pay again for the only room they had left, which was a smoking room. The room (and whole floor) smelled horrible. Everything in the room was yellow from cigarette smoke. Multiple used matches littered the floor, which was filthy with dust. When we pulled back the supposedly clean sheets, there was BLOOD on the sheets. We immediately left the entire facility. The only good thing was the moment we showed the front desk clerk a picture of the blood on the sheets he gave us the money back for the room and understood why we were leaving. I’m still left to argue over the cost of the first room we booked, which still has not been refunded.

The staff is exceptionally caring and helpful. We stay here every time we go to Iowa because of the friendliness. Jacob has always went above and beyond. We met Keith and Nathan this time. Very helpful as well. See you next week
