Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was meh

Staff was amazing and the room was clean. There were some rips in the carpet and a patch on the wall to repair the towel rack that wasn’t painted, but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast was just ok.

Room was small but clean, staff was polite, breakfast was average but coffee was great. Perry OK isn’t the resort capital of the world, but if you need to stay in Perry this is a good place.

After checking in and getting to our room, there was no power in the room but we could see from the hallway lights that the beds had been stripped and pillows in the middle of the bed. The room was not made up from previous guest. Very odd. Returned to lobby and front desk quickly changed out our rooms. New room had power and was made up. Very clean.

It was clean, quiet and right off the interstate. They appear to be remodeling so the fitness room wasn't quite available and fourth floor guest laundry. Would stay here again!

We traveled to Perry for a concert in Stillwater. Check-in was simple and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was very dirty, there was food in the fridge, no turntable in the microwave and the surfaces were very dirty. Overall not the best experience for the price.

Comfortable and very nice staff.

I found the hotel to be very nice, beds were comfortable and while the pillows were small they were ok. The lady that checked us in was very nice. The one that checked us out was too. 4 towels and 4 wash cloths would be convenient in a double queen room with 2 people. Also- clean the vent above the shower. Kinda gross.

Booked primarily because traveling with children and wanted the pool/spa for entertainment - these facilities were closed under maintenance but nowhere during booking was that mentioned. When asked for any of kind of accomodation for the false advertising, I was given an excuse that because I booked third party, they would not give any discounts. Meanwhile, wildfires were ongoing in the area, because of that we were forced to abandon our trip to the area and they told me they would refund me a night due to the natural disaster - but when time came for that, they still claimed could not help me due to booking with a third party. So do I not use hotels.com or do I not use the hotel? I am sure certain accomodations could have been made, regardless of the third party booking.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Public areas and rooms smelled fresh and were clean, except for the corners in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement would be lighter and brighter updated flooring and curtains in the rooms and hall.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. One thing I didn't like was the auto security system warning that kept going off all night. I'm sure it was due to the high winds blowing something in front of it. I had a hard time sleeping because it was going off every 10 to 20 minutes
