We picked this hotel based on the reviews and we sorely disappointed. The pool and hot tub were not functioning, I really think that should be disclosed for guests to see before they book. We were assigned a room and upon entering the room noticed that it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. The garbage can was full, the bed was missing all the bedding with the old bedding sitting in the window, the bathroom was not cleaned and there was no shower curtain. The front desk lady was apologetic and quickly assigned us to a different room, she was very sweet. Breakfast was another disappointment, there were only two cheese omelets and a handful of sausage links, the pancake machine was out of mix and I couldn't locate a staff member to refill it. I think the only plus about staying here was the coffee shop and the sweet girl who made my coffee. I don't think we'll be back.

The first room we got was great until the stool stopped up, we had to go to the front desk to get a plunger, but I understood that the front desk clerk couldn't leave the desk. Well, couldn't get the stool unplugged, went down to the front desk and told her and she said " Well, you need another room." She gave us another room, right next door so that we didn't have to move our stuff very far. Great staff, will recommend and stay here again!
