Room 102 did not cool down at night. We set our thermostat to 67 degrees and found ourselves sweating at 2:00 AM on both nights that we stayed there.

The staff is absolutely amazing. Each person from the desk staff, cleaning staff, breakfast bar and management truly care about creating a clean and comfortable environment. Their friendliness and quality of service makes me excited to visit Enid again.

Nice clean hotel with the largest bathroom I've ever seen in a single king room. However the noises up and down the hall are unmuffled. Everytime someone let's a door close you get to hear the bang quite loudly. Staff were very good but did not honor my request for a late checkout due to us having a 10am tour of EHS for our class reunion. Wanted to just be able to freshen up on last time after the tour was over just 8 blocks away.

Parking is a bit tight, but was able to find a spot within the lot. Great outdoor lighting felt safe walking from car at night as a single female. Staff friendly and courteous. Room spacious and clean.
