Master Bath is amazing and has all you could ask for in a space. The second bedroom has a new queen size bedroom set and provides a direct gulf view from the bed that will be appreciated. The third bedroom has another queen bedroom set, 65 inch TV, custom walk in closet, balcony overlooking pool/bay and full private bathroom and walk in shower. The gourmet kitchen claims stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, island, breakfast bar, and adjoining dining room with seating for eight. The kitchen also has another large private balcony with outside dining table grill and views of Lemon Bay/Gulf and breezes for miles. The Large family room has an open floor plan with Direct Gulf Views and another balcony with seating to enjoy the gulf breezes and sunsets, 70 inch TV with full TV and High Speed Wi Fi, and even has a great table for card games. Beautiful 3rd Floor condo with awesome views of the Gulf. Condo is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Having the garage to store our beach equipment and rafts was so convenient. We had the pool to ourselves all 10 days of our stay. Have stayed at several condos on Manasota Key and we all agreed this was our favorite. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and even a closer walk to the beach.

Great Condo. Awesome location. You're on the beach in two minutes

Condo is super spacious. Great tile work throughout. Communication with Mike was easy and he checked in with me upon arrival to make sure everything was perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need and if you're not into cooking you can walk to three restaurants in just a few minutes. The garage is nice and navigating the property is easy. The elevator acted up a few times but I made Mike aware and am sure that it will be sorted out soon. Highly recommend this condo and the area.

Great location

We had a very good time at the property. It was very clean and up to date and the beach was a quick walk across the street. I enjoyed using the shark tooth sifters to look for teeth so that was very convenient as well. Going to the grocery store was very convenient as there were multiple within a few minute drive off the island.

Great location

We have stayed in the area before and this property is the best yet. Location is a key word in real estate and Sunrise Pointe is in a great location. From the beach across the street to the restaurants within walking distance, to other amenities like stores and boat rentals nearby. We experienced awesome sunsets from the convenience our own balcony! Speaking of balconies there are 4 of them which allowed for various perspectives of the pleasant surroundings. The interior is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The only negative is the roof repair work that was noisy at times. We recognize this was a unique situation beyond the control of the owner. Speaking of the owner we have nothing but good things to say about Mike. He was totally responsive and timely in addressing our needs. In fact he went out of his way to address a situation with medications that we failed to bring with us. In order to get them we needed them mailed and were unsure we would receive them in a timely manner at the condominium. Mike was asked to have them mailed to his home address for us to pick up there. He graciously agreed to receive them and even went so far as to deliver them to us! This was above the call of duty. Additionally he provided a Kurig coffee machine upon our request! We probably forgot to mention some other things but you get the point. We look forward to future stays there.

The condo is lovely and spacious. It is decorated very nicely and is very comfortable. The view of the Gulf is perfect for sunsets! The short walk to the beach is easy to do and the beach is beautiful. Mike was easy to work with and resolved any issues we had.

Loved this condo!!

We were absolutely thrilled with this property! First, it is beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. Loved having my morning coffee from a choice of balconies. The condo has every amenity you could possibly imagine - from Beach towels, chairs and wagons for the short walk to the beach to a kitchen with everything (including spices!!). Mike was super responsive (within minutes!) and kind with my questions- and was gracious to let us arrive early in the morning as our flight landed at 8am!! We are a family of 4 (2 teens!)- we walked to restaurants and went fishing off of the docks. The island is gorgeous! We will definitely be back for sure! Thank you Mike for your hospitality!! Mike's condo

This condo was beautiful, very spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. Also a large garage with opener and an elevator which was always easy to get on. The master bedroom and bath were fabulous, as was the large open kitchen. Plenty of closet space. Watched the sunset from the balcony whenever we wanted. Felt very safe there. People around were very friendly. Convenient to get off and on the island with groceries and restaurants close by. Enjoyed hunting shark's teeth at the beach, which was so nice to get to being right across the street, and it had a very nice restroom and boardwalk and small playground. It was always a full parking lot, and we were so glad we only had a short walk. Mike always answered our questions and concerns right away. He was absolutely wonderful as a host.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

We loved this condo and had a great trip for a family of 6. It's well-appointed and the location could not be better. We used the beach carts and walked over to the beach each day. We also visited other beaches/state parks and enjoyed those too. The kids (1 12-yr old, 3 teens) liked it too, everyone was happy. Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Loved having a garage too, made things easy. Great communication with owner, he's very responsive.

Mike's condo was well built, well maintained and well stocked with items for beach, plenty of beach and regular towels. Also, meticulous and guest ready. A walk across the street to the public beach and the docks and bay almost out our back door as well as a stroll to many restaurants. I would absolutely come back and stay! Thank you MIke.

Enjoyable Vacation

This condo is beautiful and there is plenty of room for a family of five. It was supplied with everything we needed. The owner is extremely nice and easy to reach when I had questions. The beach is just a few steps away and pool time was very relaxing. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance and many others that are only a short drive. Also, I felt very secure the days and nights I was there alone.

Beautiful condo

This was a very spacious and beautiful condo. Very comfortable for our family. Multiple layers of keyless entry doors made it all feel very safe. Location to the beach is directly across the street (literally 1-2 minute walk). Kitchen was fully equipped and all beach items you could need in the awesome 2 car garage. There were a couple minor cleaning issues that cleaners missed, but Mike was very quick to respond and address the issue. We will certainly be back, likely this year again. Thanks, Mike!

Beach Paradise!

This was the greatest vacation spot! The old saying "location, location, location" applies here. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, well-furnished, and conveniently located to great restaurants. The beach is just across the street, and Mike furnished a nice beach cart and chairs for use. The City of Englewood is close, and it only takes a few minutes to hit the grocery store, CVS or Walgreens.
