The room was warm, comforatble and completely clean. The cleaners were excellent. Loved the complimentary drinks in the fridge and biscuits/crips. James was exceptionally helpful when I asked about the fridge and dinner. Parking was plentiful and easy. I didn't eat there but there is a supermarket open till 10PM and a KFC a couple of minutes walk away. I would certainly stay here again. Thanks.

All areas clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful, however staffing levels could be reviewed. There were times when bar and catering areas could do with additional help during busy periods. Especially as this festive period progresses. Hotel was very busy at times and wait times were not great.

The facilities were clean and it was a lovely stay. My husband and I enjoyed the food. There was an abundance of food at breakfast and the staff were lovely. I was looking forward to using the jacuzzi at the spa but sadly it was shut. we will return again.
