Several beaches are easily accessible for surfing, boogie boarding, and more. Enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather in our indoor/outdoor living space - particularly sunsets with views of the ocean from our deck. When you're not at the beach, take a dip in the pool!

My family stayed over the holidays and found the house to be perfect for our group. The kitchen has everything we needed, living spaces and bedrooms quite comfortable. Too cold to use much of the outdoor space but enjoyed the view and hanging out on the large deck. Location and parking easy. Owner was very responsive to questions - all good!

Family Week

The house and property are beautiful and perfectly maintained. There were seven adults and we all had a bedroom and bath that were really nice and comfortable. My one complaint was the phrase that the beach was in walkable distance. Yes, we could see the ocean, but it was obviously too far for us to walk to. That was disappointing. However, it did not ruin our stay. I would recommend the property.

Perfect family getaway

The house is beautiful and clean, and we love the location of a quiet safe neighborhood with a beautiful view. Our kids loved having a place to relax and swim after long beach days. They also loved the toy room. It was very easy to check in and out- we had an amazing visit!

Beautiful modern home!

We had a wonderful visit to this clean modern home conveniently located in Leucadia section of Encinitas. Huge deck with large dining table and amazing ocean views. Back yard was also stunning with beautiful pool, ping pong, bocce ball, and TV. Our host Joe was super quick to respond to our questions and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend a stay at this home!

Family Spring Break Trip

We had an excellent stay at our VRBO in Leucadia Beach. This area, including downtown Encinitas, is a great location a little out of the normal tourist areas. It provides easy access to everything in San Diego (and very close to LEGOLAND). This is an excellent property with a great outdoor setup. Unfortunately the weather was cooler than usual but we were still able to enjoy the heated pool. The property owner was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We would recommend this property to anybody who is interested.
