404 West Sound of the Sea is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront condo that boast fabulous views of the pristine ocean. It is tastefully decorated and has a fantastic view! The Living Area has a Large Flat Screen TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa and direct access to the covered deck with table, chairs & loungers. Dining area allows seating for 4. Kitchen/Bar Area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer for your convenience. Master Bedroom #1 with Queen, Flat screen TV and full bath along with an oceanview deck access. Bedroom #2 has Twin Beds and a Flat Screen TV. Full Bath. 3 Flat Screen TVs, CD Player & 2 DVD Player¡s. Apple Kicker for your iPhone or iPod and Beach Chairs.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes (2 cars max). Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

A wonderful stay at Sound of the Sea West

My family were very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of the condo we rented over Easter weekend. The furniture was very comfortable and the view was spectacular. Highly recommended!
