fair property

nice area ,nice homes. this home is dated, the elevator was being repaired the entire time we were there. the garage and golf cart were horrible . they need a deep cleaning. there were lots of carpenter ants around and in the home. there is a huge swamp directly next to the home. The pots and pans all need replaced. The bowls and plates were all chipped. The appliances should all be replaced. and the most important of all they should allow time regularly to do a deep cleaning. the management company said that they are too busy and with all the bookings there is not enough time to do that. Perhaps for what they charge they could provide a few helpers to help the one person that did the cleaning. i have been using VRBO for a long time and NEVER HAD A HOME LIKE THIS. Perhaps it may be the management company. Their elevator repair company kept coming and never had the necessary parts to complete the job. definitely will not be using this property again.

Relaxing and Restful

We enjoyed our stay. Older adults enjoyed the pool. Teenagers and children enjoyed the pool and riding the golf cart to the beach. Everyone enjoyed the beach, the house and the location. It was a wonderful week.

Great vacation

The house is beautiful! We had a great time. The pics on this site need to be updated. The furniture is different than pictured in the living room. The couch and chairs are not comfortable. Seating is now limited since the other couch was removed. The elevator needs to be oiled. It makes a horrible squeaking noise. The pool is awesome! It amazed me how it stayed cold even in the hot weather. That was wonderful! Overall, it was a great vacation!

Short Vacay

Great! But we were evacuated with 3 days left on our stay.....I thought insurance was only if someone got sick. We would stay at the same house again only purchase the trip insurance next time. My grown children traveled from Georgia and we had a 12 week old newborn with us and couldn't afford to stay in a hotel and incur that additional expense. Any chance of a partial refund?

Very nice house on Emerald Isle

We certainly enjoyed staying at this home. It had everything we needed. It is very well laid out with specific sleepers quarters on each level. The elevator was so helpful in moving in and out. The pool got a lot of use as did the golf cart for going back and forth to the beach as well as cruising around. We saw many deer and a snapping turtle! Very nice home! And everything we needed was taken care of asap. Thanks Spinnaker Realty! I would definitely recommend this home for your next vacation.
