I offer a holiday apartment for the disabled, approx. 80 m2 with a winter garden and garden use (barbecue, sunbathing, breakfast outdoors, etc.)
The apartment offers 4 beds (2 adults and 2 children) (a double bed 180 X 200 and the sofa has a sleeping function 120 X 200) the doors are wider than 81 cm. The bathroom is barrier-free with a shower and a raised toilet. Washing machine is available! A tumble dryer can also be used by arrangement.
Child seat and a travel cot is available.
The apartment is located in the town of Wybelsum and is about 1200m from the Ems
The bus leaves from the door (approx. 300m)
There are bakers in town
Playground at 200 m
Just like an organic shop, milk filling station and a farm shop are in the place where you can get fresh produce.
Shops are in about 3 km
The AB 31 can also be reached in about 3 km

Ostfriesland hoch 2 - tolle Gegend.
Die Fewo ist spitze. Es ist alles vorhanden, insbesondere in der Küche. Alle Zimmer zweckmäßig und sehr gut möbliert. Wintergarten das Highlight.

super schöne Ferienwohnung
die Wohnung war für uns einfach perfekt , die Gastgeber super nett, wir konnten den E-rolli in der Garage lade und sind in der Wohnung mit normalen Rollstuhl super klar gekommen . Für die Lage der Wohnung habe ich 1 Stern abgezogen weil man schon ein auto braucht , dann liegt sie aber gut um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen zu machen und abends sitzt am sehr ruhig und nicht im Touristentrubel. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, gerne wieder

Ferienwohnung in Wybelsum
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und mit liebevolle Details eingerichtet.Sie bietet viel Platz,sogar mit Wintergarten und einem Gartenanteil.Wir fanden eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung vor.Die Einrichtung war komplett, der Vermieter hat an alles gedacht.
