Located on the 6th and last floor (with lift to the 5th floor), it consists of a living room of 18 m², an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a terrace to enjoy the invigorating mountain air. The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed (double, 160x200), storage space and dining area for 4 guests.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, combined microwave and oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bunk bed in the entrance hall (2 x 90x140).
- A bathroom with shower and towel dryer, washer (relatively narrow passage of about 45 cm to access the shower).
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A terrace facing East and benefiting from a view of the mountains, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days including a plancha.

The flat is ideally located in Embrun, in the Parc des 4 Soleils area, in a very pleasant environment with a lake accessible in 10 minutes on foot. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
