Rude Ladies at front desk

The ladies at the front desk need an attitude adjustment. They obviously hate their jobs and do not desire to deal with customers in a pleasant or helpful manner. Kayla was the one exception, she was excellent in all respects.

The strong smell of cigarette smoke hit you as soon as you walked into the hotel lobby, I get it is a casino, we were not used to those conditions.

Hotel is good if you just need to rest from driving and wake up and continue your journey. Cleaning girls are doing great job but shouting to each other across whole level is loud enough to wake all of us up including 7month old baby.

Lobby was old and run down. Smokey. Hallway to room was old and run down. Room was so so - clean bed and bathroom but old carpet and decor. Will not be staying here again.
