The room had roaches, and unfortunately me and my family only stayed for less than 20 mins. I'm fighting for a refund and it's impossible to get in touch with the staff.

Room didn't feel too clean, could see hair from other people when we checked in. Asked for more towels after staying one night, there were non available at the front desk. Wanted to know when checkout was and ask for amenities, no one came to the front desk. The floor had many stains and wet spots on the carpet, couldn't tell what from. You could hear everything going on in rooms above and next door. No guide on the tv so you just have to flip through the channels. Pro- water was nice and hot, hotel was easy to access with simple parking
