We had a wonderful stay at this recently renovated property. The interior is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The newer appliances—including the gas range—and the large‑capacity washer and dryer in the basement were especially convenient.We also enjoyed the back deck, complete with a newer Char‑Broil gas grill and a table and chairs that made it easy to relax outdoors.The owners were excellent hosts: easy to reach, quick to respond, and even had fresh homemade blueberry muffins out for our arrival.The location is ideal—just minutes from downtown Ellsworth, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Acadia National Park’s Hulls Cove Visitor Center and the Schoodic Scenic Byway are both within about a 30‑minute drive, making this a great home base for exploring the area.The only reason we rated the property 4 out of 5 is that the shower water pressure was a bit light, and the exterior areas (garage and yard) could use some refreshing.Overall, this is a very nice, well‑kept property in a convenient location with responsive owners at a reasonable price. We would happily stay here again.

This place was exactly what we were looking for our family on our trip to see New England! About 30 minute drive to Bar Harbor. There were even blueberry muffins
