Our room was dirty, the carpet was frayed and ripped up, our puppy had found two bugs and an orange round pill with the letter Z on it, the place obviously we had not been vacuumed clean. The mattresses were box springs, and one had a 2 inch memory foam on it. Thankfully, we were only in this place for one night, and probably won’t be staying there again. I understand that we were in a pet friendly room, but our pets are kept cleaner than this room was. I don’t understand why pet friendly rooms have to be the worst rooms in the building. We felt dirty leaving the place in the morning. We didn’t even shower or eat the continental breakfast. I would not recommend this place to others.

Everything was apt. Check in was convenient, rooms were good. They have ample of parking space and a few dining options are just around at walkable distance. Gas station is also on the same plaza so overall we had a very good experience. Breakfast was good as well. It also has a fitness centre that you can avail in the morning. Would definitely recommend this and be here again when in the area.

Great staff. Breakfast was really good. Hotel is close to everything. Clean. I was here with my daughter for the Athabasca Uni lab for a week in August. Staffwas very accomodating. Would stay here again without issue.
