Detta moderna hus i Àldre stil ligger högt belÀget pÄ natursköna Malö med underbar utsikt över Malö Strömmar. Tomten Àr pÄ 1700 kvm och huset pÄ ca 180 kvm boyta fördelat pÄ tre plan. 9 sÀngplatser i kombination med tre vÄningsplan gör det möjligt att fÄ sin egen "privacy".

Huset Àr byggt 2001 och Àr vinterbonat. 5 sovrum, 3 badrum (alla med wc varav tvÄ med duschkabin) och tvÄ sÀllskapsrum samt kök med öppen planlösning.
Stora altaner omringar huset. Ena altanen ligger i lÀ och erbjuder sol frÄn lunchtid till sen kvÀll. Förutom solstolar, tvÄ grillar och parasoll finns Àven tvÄ matbord för luncher och middagar. Altanen mot öster vetter mot vattnet och erbjuder morgon- och förmiddagssol för frukosten. TvÄ nya altaner: en med vedeldad badtunna med utsökt utsikt över bukten och en solterass med fantastisk utsikt och sol hela dagen.

Midsommar on Malö

The modern and generously equipped house is located on the island of Malö, which can only be reached by a free car ferry (departs every half hour).The house offers enough space for 9 people and has every comfort (2 refrigerators, TV, Internet, oven, microwave, Jacuzzi, etc., large terraces with a wonderful view).The only issue is the waste separation and disposal.The contact with the owner is uncomplicated and relaxed.All in all, reasons to come back

Schwedenurlaub auf dem Sonnendeck

Wir waren im August auf der kleinen Insel Malö und in diesem tollen Haus. Anreise ist unproblematisch, Übersetzen mit der FĂ€hre war noch mal der Umschalter in den Urlaubsmodus. Das Haus ist toll gelegen, wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen an unserer Lage, dem tollen Ausblick und der Lage direkt in den SchĂ€ren. Da das Haus innen jetzt nicht sooo groß ist (wir waren mit 6 Pers. da, dafĂŒr könnte die KĂŒche und der untere Wohnbereich grĂ¶ĂŸer sein) ist es um so schöner, das es viele tolle Terrassen gibt um draußen die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Auch dort war alles top gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Nachmittagstreff auf dem Sonnendeck (oberste Terrasse) war ein MUSS (wir hatten auch zum GlĂŒck fast immer das Wetter dafĂŒr), sehr schön war auch das SternschnuppenzĂ€hlen in einer klaren Perseidennacht weit weg von einer Großstadt. Wir haben schön gegrillt, hatten einen schönen Platz fĂŒr unseren "Angelkram" und generell um alles irgendwo unterzubringen. Das Boot war sehr schön, ein bisschen Erfahrung ist schon gut und generell auch eine gewisse StĂ€rke bei Wind auf hoher See. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich schnell, Danke, Christopher! Ansonsten war es in der Gegend erstaunlich ruhig, auch in anderen Orten war es oft wie im der Winter- kein Mensch zu sehen. Aber irgendwie fĂ€hrt man ja auch deshalb dorthin. Danke Schweden, wir haben fast alles das gefunden, was wir uns erhofft haben- außer die vielen Fische- aber das ist ja vielleicht auch ein Grund wieder zu kommen. Von uns:5 Sterne!

Wunderschönes Schwedenhaus in den SchÀren

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche als grosse Familie im Haus von Christopher unglaublich genossen. Das Haus und die Umgebung ĂŒbertrifft die Fotos bei weitem. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ums Haus ermöglichen zu allen Tageszeiten Sonnenschein und das Haus ist stylisch und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind ideal fĂŒr eine grosse oder zwei Familien. Im und ums Haus findet man alles was man braucht. Wir haben auch den Hotpot und die AusflĂŒge mit dem Boot sehr genossen. Die Umgebung bietet attraktive AusflĂŒge und Restaurants. Christopher ist ein super Gastgeber und hat alle Fragen innerhalb kurzer Zeit beantwortet. Vielen Dank nochmals fĂŒr die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir wĂŒrden sofort wieder kommen. Super Lage, Ruhe und tolle Aussichten

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Wir waren mit insgesamt 9 Personen im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Christopher ist gut zu erreichen und hilfsbereit, falls man mal eine Frage hat. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Kleine Orte an der KĂŒste, tolle Felsformationen. Da man auf einer kleinen Insel ist, die man nur mit einer FĂ€hre erreichen kann, ist es sehr ruhig und man kann sich sehr gut erholen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Malö. Vielen Dank Christopher, dass wir in deinem Ferienhaus Urlaub machen durften.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen, geschmackvollen Haus, bei dem an alles gedacht wurde, sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr schön und bietet viele Möglichkeiten fĂŒr AktivitĂ€ten wie Kajakfahren oder Wandern. Es gibt einige sehenswerte Fischerdörfchen in der Umgebung. wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Ein sehr einladendes Haus mit genug Platz fĂŒr zwei Familien. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Ausblick wunderschön. Die KĂŒche ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben aufgrund der Tips durch den Vermieter hervoragenden Fisch bekommen und viel gekocht. Besonders sind auch die Terrassen, welche sich drei Seiten den Hauses und ĂŒber mehrere Ebenen erstrecken. Man findet immer einen ruhigen Platz. Sehr empfehlenswert fĂŒr Familienurlaub.

Mit unserer siebenköpfigen Familie haben wir uns in diesem hellen und freundlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus-Juwel rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die NĂ€he zum Meer, der wunderbare Blick und die wirklich gelungene EinfĂŒgung des Hauses in die (felsige) Umgebung haben wesentlich dazu beigetragen. Wonderful vacation on Malö

Thank you for a great vacation on Malö, Sweden. The house is situated on a hill on the beautiful and scenic Island of Malö. We were two families who stayed for a week in July 2018. The beautiful and spacious accommodation is perfect for 8 people. Surrounded by the islands high signature rocks each night, we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor terrace. The rocks are a perfect shelter for the wind and they create a wonderful “atrium” atmosphere. We rented the motor boat and had lots of fun in the scenic sea area of “VĂ€stra Götaland” with lots of small inlets and harbor cities. For the golf players the sea-side Orust golf course is less than a mile away and definitely worth a visit.. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! Kr. Family Millard and Family Nielsen

Highly recommended island paradise

Our stay on Malo Island was highly enjoyable and very relaxing. Christopher was a fantastic host and we would definitely stay at this home again. Starting with the communication, our details were worked out promptly and all our questions were answered quickly. We arrived on the island and found the home to be clean and well stocked with all the necessary supplies just like at home. The area was quiet and peaceful and the home overlooks the bay below. The home has bedrooms on all three levels for good privacy and a very nice deck for relaxing. The home had a luxury feeling. We loved the Barbecue out back and also took advantage of the boat rental which was a highlight for us. We highly recommend this Malo island paradise.
