La Quinta Inn & Suites - accommodation in Ellijay

From the very first inquiry, Krista was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The cabin did not disappoint and offered an amazing sense of detachment from the outside world. As a host, Krista has you covered from everything you might possibly need while away from paper towels in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom to flashlights, a cooler, picnic basket, dog collar (just in case you maybe just misplaced it for a few moments) and bowls. Honestly, the only thing you really need to have when you check in is food for the first night. I was NOT an experienced mountain driver so I was NOT going back down the mountain that night! I did not make it down to the stream, but it was not without encouragement from Krista. Instead, she helped me find another hike that I felt more comfortable with. There are plenty of things to do and places to visit within an hour from the cabin, or you can just do nothing at all. Beautiful property to just get away from it all and reset, if that is what you need.
