Very clean

Stay was good very clean, unfortunately the sauna wasn’t working and the hot tub, pool and work out area do not have their windows tinted so everybody can watch you.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The breakfast was more than adequate in variety. The pool and hot tub were great, especially the warm pool. The room was very comfortable. The reason I am giving it a bad score is that when I discovered that I had made a mistake in the number of nights booked, and asked for a refund for the one night I wouldn't be staying, I was given a flat no - you prepaid. Its sad that a hotel of this quality would consider a short term advantage (keeping one nights room rate when I didn't even stay that night) over losing potentially thousands of dollars by people reading a poor review.

Stayed 3 nights. Check in was good had a problem with my card but the front desk person was helpful and patient. The room was clean but cold and took quite awhile to warm up. I feel that because the hotel has a pool and hot tub they should offer robe and slippers for guests to walk to and from the pool. The breakfast room was clean and the food was ok with a good variety available. Parking was ok but there was ALOT of garbage/trash in the parking lot and around the main doors. On our last day there was a large group of young children running around unattended. Could not enjoy the pool or hot tub due to the jumping, splashing and screaming unattended kids.

Nice room, great hot tub hours!

We drove all day and were pleased to find an affordable, decent room waiting for us. Made it down to the hot tub for a soak and crashed on the comfy bed with ample pillows. The breakfast was substantial and appeals to a wide variety of eaters!

Very nice clean facility. At 3 AM in the morning the fire alarm went off in our room and in the hallway. No one got a hold of us and we could not get a hold of anyone at the front desk. I shut it off in the room myself. When I checked out, I asked receptionist about it and they had no knowledge of it.

Avoid at all costs

Terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms are not clean, the bare minimum. I’m trying not to think about the bedding and if it was even cleaned. Even in the washroom- There were footprints from large work boots clearly visible. Check in clerks were dismissive- when I asked if I could move to room further down from the elevator, they said the other available rooms haven’t been cleaned (not like it makes a difference at this place.) I offered to wait for a later check in and wait for a different room to get cleaned and the clerk then informed me that the rooms aren’t getting cleaned tonight. The hotel was overrun by parents with awful children. I get that these parents don’t want to spend time with their kids, but to let the kids run up and down the hallways yelling till 11:15 at night is excessive- when I called the front desk, surprise surprise no one answers. The heat in the room is faulty- temperature increased by 7° the room was cooking & heat wouldn’t stop. Shower curtain is ripped & barely hanging on. The shower head is in desperate need of replacement & the faucet is loose on the wall. This hotel management doesn’t seem to want to keep the hotel clean or in repair. Definitely give this place a miss. There are many other hotels in town, some right across the street. Avoid this place. I’m surprised this place is even on the hotels.com website
