Musty smell throughout, cigarette butts all over property as well as in entryway, garbage all over parking lot and property (beer bottles and trucker bottles and jug). Nat infestation. Side doors were left propped open every day and night for the 4 days we were there, as well as a hose was left just running for 4 days nonstop with water puddling along building. I informed 2 different people about it as well as that the doors were propped open. The last morning at 5 am I went to gas station across street for coffee bc the “free” coffee was awful. When I returned at 5:15 am there were 2 men entering and separated when they saw me and when they did enter they went straight to the breakfast bar. We ended up go to finish our stay at another establishment. I would never go back and would definitely not recommend. Also there was black hair in gross bathtub that was not ours, I’m blonde and hubby is bald.

Room smelled like piss as soon as i walked in. The shower head was broke. The privacy curtain had stains and tears on it. The other curtain looked like there was blood on it and there was fruit flys everywhere. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

This property was just a overnight for a trip from Arkansas to New Mexico. Reserved for one night each coming and going. When we arrived they did not have the room promised for us, One I had already paid for. They had over booked due to a sporting event held in the area. The only room they had would not accommodate the number in our party, we would have had to sleep on the floor. They refused to give a refund. Forced to stay on the return trip or risk loosing another nights stay.

Terrible stay

We arrived late at night after a 13 hour drive. We were told the room we reserved had a leaky sink and the only other room was a king with a pull out bed which I believe is a downgrade but we were charged the same as the 2 queen room. Upon arrival we noticed garbage sitting outside the front entrance and a sticky foyer floor. The front desk lady then handed me a big balled up pile of linens she dragged across the floor to carry up to our room while also trying to juggle our bags. The rooms walls were dirty, doors had prints, bathroom shower was dirty and it was not cleaned well at all. We were grossed out but so tired we had no choice

Roomed smelled strongly of urine…dog? Human? Don’t know. Pet rooms are all carpeted so I won’t stay there on my return journey. Price was right, staff was exceptional, but the smell was off putting.

Great bed, nice pillows, clean room. Only downside was the tv, only had about five channels and the remote didn’t work. Otherwise it was good! Buffet breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy were very good!!
