Good location, very basic

Quiet and well located, near highway interchange and several food/gas options. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout checkin, breakfast and checkout. Drawbacks were no microwave in the room, very small fridge in room (did not accommodate a standard takeout to go box), no available outlet for the coffee maker that didn’t require it to sit on the floor or move large furniture and unplug other lights, and no visitor chair for seating so everyone has to sit on the bed. Rooms are recently renovated so finishes are clean and in nice shape so it’s surprising that a few basic conveniences were missing.

Third time staying at the property and I just felt the gentleman checking us in was very unprofessional. Seemed to be a bit put off that we rang the bell to get his attention to check us in. This was after standing there for a bit. We asked for extra bedding and he just seemed annoyed. We hadn’t experienced this before at this particular hotel.

After going to eat and to WalMart, when we arrived to enter the building from the back entrance, our key cards did not work and we had to carry all of our stuff around the building to the front. It was not a big deal for us; however, if someone really needed to get in that door, it could be very inconvenient. We reported it to the person at the front desk who said it'd been that way a long time. Our bathroom sink drained very slowly which was inconvenient particularly when getting ready to go somewhere. It was an average size room, not very roomy. The beds were comfy and each one had 4 regular size pillows, not the small square ones.
