The staff was VERY friendly. They had the room stocked with the extra stuff we asked for. The coffee, cream and flavored water was ever plentiful. And no time limit for when you could get a fresh cup of coffee. The balcony was such an added plus! Unexpected. We were running late checking out and I couldn’t find the extra key… the ladies were very patient and allowed me to search for it! Found it! All around no complaints at all! Thank you. There were no loud voices, walking overhead or outside distracting noise. Extremely quiet! Allowed dogs too. No barking was heard.

We really enjoyed our stay! They called to let us know that our room was ready and we could check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. The location was close to the Uncle Sam Boat Tours as well as many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff made sure we always had fresh towels and everything we needed. The only slight issue was the dirty floor. We primarily left our shoes on when walking around the room so we didn’t get the bed dirty when we put our feet up. The bathroom, the furniture, and everything else was very clean.
