Everyone working at the hotel is very nice and courteous when we got to our room there was multiple surfaces were sticky. The couch was dirty. We found hair and hair rubber bands in the bathroom. The room wasn’t very clean. The ad online said the bathroom in the suite had a deep soaker tub and it did not.

Amanda at the counter was extremely kind and quickly checked me in, eager to answer any questions I had. The room was mostly clean, but had an off-putting scent to it like mildew. The breakfast was as usual, continental with options, would have preferred another choice in yogurt, as i am allergic to strawberries, and would have liked a better drink choice.

I had just had surgery and wanted a quiet place to relax for a couple of days. When the staff found out they moved my room so I wouldn't have to use the stairs. I was not bothered by anyone. My room was nice and quiet. Extremely nice staff. Highly recommend.
