Nestled on the eastern escarpment of Bulga Forest close to Ellenbourogh falls. Elands Escape is an eco-built log cabin retreat just 80 minutes from the costly town of Port Macquirie and beaches. Set on 20 acres of open spaces, rainforest, and a natural spring with a creek, this property offers a serene escape, with bush walks and swimming holes. The homestead features a beautiful log cabin with high ceilings, a country kitchen, and a library, all warmed by a combustion fire. The foyer/library boasts natural light from a 3-meter sky dome, inviting you to relax on the large, comfy lounges or enjoy lazy days with games. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas cooktop and a coffee machine, with organic coffee provided. Two bedrooms with queen beds and ensuites, plus an extra queen sofa bed, offer accommodation for up to six guests. The front verandah provides a large country outdoor eating area with a BBQ and a 12-seater table, while the back verandah offers a peaceful spot for wildlife viewing or lounging on the day bed. two side verandahs offer outdoor areas foe coffee and relaxing while a hammock is nestled between two trees for those warm days and cool breezes.
There is an outdoor bath and very large indoor bath to watch to soak and enjoy a glass of wine or sit around the outdoor fire watching the stars.
