This splendid retreat is only steps away from Mesa Trail access and within a short drive of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and great attractions, including Millicent Rogers Museum, Ktaos Solar Center, Taos Art Museum At Fechin House, Kit Carson Park, Downtown Taos Historic District, Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, Sipapu Ski & Summer Resort, Angel Fire Resort, and Red River Ski & Summer Area. On the subject of skiing, local skiing options are nearby for those who aren't up to going to a resort to explore the slopes. The fully enclosed yard is a wonderful private oasis where you will find a bubbly hot tub, beautiful mountain views, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill - this is the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors while still being at home! Upon entering this fabulous home away from home, you will discover a beautifully appointed interior with a classic New Mexico design. The welcoming living area invites you to spread out comfortably and stream entertaining movies and shows on the smart TV - there is a cozy seating area by the fireplace where you can snuggle up and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Adjacent to the living area is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The home also enjoys a welcoming sunroom that opens to the backyard. There are two main bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms features a claw foot tub and a stacked washer/dryer.
