The lady who checked us in was not friendly and sèemed annoyed. There was no greeting from the start. No conversation. Just asked my name and handed me my keys. She could've been more attentive and friendly. The stay was good everything clean and in good shape. Have never had any issues when we've stayed there multiple times.

We stayed here last year and decided to stay again. Today, everything was quiet at check-in and we were settled within a few minutes. Perhaps because we were more familiar this time, the area didn’t seem as sketchy, but everything was fine. Our front desk receptionist, Maria, was here again to greet us which made the initial arrival more relaxing. Our room was clean and the large mini-fridge was a plus for us. We’ll consider this hotel again when in El Paso on our way to California.

Only has 1 elevator had to use outside stairs to 3rd floor. Good thing my disabled mom didn’t go or she wouldn’t have been able to use the stairs. Key cards kept being disabled and wouldn’t work. Was locked out of room until staff had to open the door
