Avoid avoid avoid! We walked into our “suite” smelling a weird and unpleasant smell. We had been putting our full trust into Habtoor. We assumed they would be a clean hotel, since they claim they’re a 5 star hotel. After a week of sleeping on their bed we discovered that we had been sleeping on a urine and possibly menstrual blood drenched/ stained mattress. That’s where the horrible stench was coming from. We wanted the housekeeping staff to change the sheets so we removed them because we were suspicious that they were not changing them at all. That is when we saw the most disturbing and vile thing a person could see in a hotel. They tried to resolve the issue but the damage was done. The cleanliness of this hotel is a zero! They even said they don’t have functioning vacuum cleaners and that’s why the carpets are dirty. They did not compensate us for our traumatic experience and they clearly do not care. We have multiple photos and videos or the room and mattress. Just to be fair, Rashid and Manuela did apologize for the incident, but at the end of the day an apology doesn’t change the fact that we slept on pee for days on end.

I really don’t know where to begin, if you are looking for a superior stay , and you want to pamper yourself with comfort and joy HABTOUR HOTEL is your TOP choice. I as an airline captain, I travel a lot I stay in hotels 20 days a month.I’ve seen it all. But I’ve never seeing such a wonderful treatment like the Habtour hotel staff. They are AMAZING!!!! you are not just a guest, you are part of the family There warm hospitality and there warm welcome is out this world . From upper management all the way down to the simple employees Literally you are part of there family They go out of there way to make sure your stay is pleasant. Specially, SARA, withe her unforgettable smile. Ali, with his worm hospitality. Mrs: Denise, with her professionalism. Not to mention, Ramella such a sweet heart . The entire staff, if you asked them to jump they’ll ask you how high? I personally recommend HABTOUR HOTEL for your next stay , for business or vacation You will not regret your choice. You will check in with smile and checkout with a bigger smile. Thank you guys, for making my vacation a super vacation. I’ll come again and again and again.
