Very good location but don't focus on the details

The house is big enough for a family, there is a really good vibe in the house and neighborhood. It is extremely well located since it is only a few meters away from the beach and has all the necessary appliances to feel comfortable. The host was very nice and available and tried to do everything she could to make our stay pleasant. On the downside, I think it was a bit expensive, you can find cheaper places for the same level of comfort nearby. You have to bring your own toilet paper since the host won't provide more than one and you have to pay an extra fee if you want to use AC. The water in the shower was not always hot and the wifi not the best + some light bulbs were missing which gives a feeling of neglected house.

Not recommended for really hot seasons

Needs improvements. There's only AC in the bedroom so makes it very difficult to relax in the living area if it's hot. Shower head water flow is very little and it was very frustrating specially for the toilet, it wouldn't flush properly and you had to wait sometimes 15 minutes to flush again.
