Received room upgrade, great view. Spa was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. All spoke English which helps in a Spanish speaking country. Ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner. We found it better quality and value than the local restaurants we tried

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at this hotel, easy 5 stars. The staff was friendly and took great care of our two young kids and made sure our needs were met. Our baby had a medical issue and they offered to go with us to the doctor - first class service in every way. The recommendations for hiking were super helpful and the food was some of the very best we had in all of Argentina. Highly recommend and we will no doubt return to stay here next time we are in the area.

This was our favourite hotel of our whole Patagonia trip. We booked a premium room with mountain view which - the photos do not do justice to how nice the rooms are. Lovely large layout with beautiful views over the town and mountains. Attentive staff and just a lovely wxperyall round. Breakfast was amazing and they can make lunches for you too. We had one complimentary evening meal which was delicious. Great location with views and we could walk straight onto the trails from the hotel.

This is a very very nice place to stay in El Chalten. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, unfailingly gracious. The guide, Ignacio, who was there daily in the evenings, was particularly helpful in route planning hikes. The room was comfortable, great sheets on the bed. The restaurant is excellent for dinner, and breakfasts were delicious. We loved our stay.

One of the best hotels we have been to!

Beautiful hotel. Got in super late at night, they were so helpful and accommodating. Always go out of their way to make guests more comfortable. Even made sure to keep track of me when I went off hiking myself. Just a really impressive attitude from every single staff member.

Los Cereos was an absolute oasis and amazing hotel for our time in El Chalten. Their staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The bar and restaurant have amazing food and drinks. We loved our time there and would definitely stay there again.

This was a convenient hotel with a beautiful view, however our room was very hot at night with no way to open a window for any kind of relief. It was an easy walk to dining options, breakfast was good, and the front desk was very helpful.
