Breakfast felt like they didn't want you to eat much (tiny plates and glares from staff) and they were worried about the cost. Paid a lot to stay and if breakfast is offered, then I would expect it to be more generous. The baked goods were often a bit stale. One day we grabbed some media lunas (croissants) to leave to be on the trail early and were told we couldn't do this. We were eating less than if we'd have sat down. If we'd have sat down they'd have allowed us to eat the same things so was strange to be confronted about taking the same items away. I get that this could be abused by some but I would have appreciated a polite approach and gentle conversation rather than what felt confrontational. Under the bed was dusty as if not cleaned under there for a while. Overall happy with our stay and generally a good hotel for the area.

Everything was good except the fact that the room got so hot at night and I contacted them multiple times. They kept saying we are addressing it but they didn’t. Unfortunately due to the wind we couldn’t leave the window open as the wind was very strong and made very loud noises.

It was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us with our bags and even gave us information about the area. It was also really beautifully designed with the floor to ceiling windows so you know the view was spectacular. There is also a hot tub but the water wasn’t that hot.

Excellent hôtel. Staff are all exceptional and very knowledgeable. We stayed there towards the end of the season but still plenty to do. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, allowed us late checkout with no charge but also gave us great recommendations for hikes and activities. Highly recommend.

Our room and bathroom were spacious and nice. I had a small fridge in the room. It was very clean. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Breakfast was decent and staff nice. Restaurant was just okay but not bad.

This is probably one of the best hotels in El Chalten. Excellent spacious rooms, pretty good breakfast, great views of Fitz Roy. The location was convenient and we just walked here from the bus station. Plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafes within 5 minutes of walking. They have an elevator as well so it made it easier to get the bags to our room. The restaurant had excellent reviews though we didn't get time to try it out.

Great location and beautiful hotel

Pros: great location, beautiful view of the Mt Fitz Roy from the breakfast area and dining hall, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, good selection of complementary breakfast menu and friendly staff. Cons: the room is a bit small and pricey.

Decent newly built, on the main street and about 15 minute walk to the entrance to the National Park trails. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was okay. The water was shut off after midnight and the pipes kept making weird noises, keeping us up all night. We later found out that water had gone out in the whole town. Its less than a 10 minute walk from the bus station. Taxis in El Chalten are expensive as is everything else. We had dinner 2 nights at the restaurant. Though the food was good, and the service was good, we (wife and I) got sick with stomach cramps after our 2nd dinner. We couldn't try the breakfast, as we left for hikes early in the morning. A coffee maker and a fan in the room would have been nice. The room and bathroom were good size, with adequate seating and great views of Mt Fitzroy.
