When traveling to El Centro, this is our preferred hotel. It is conveniently located off the freeway, near the mall, and a lot of food establishments. The staff is always friendly and the hotel in general is always clean. The breakfast was always good, area clean, and well stocked. This is the first time that we had any issues. The breakfast in example, although good, not like it’s been the past 10 years. Also, when taking a shower, I started loosing water pressure, to the point that I was rushing to rinse the conditioner off my hair.

The team member who welcomed us and checked us in was Jennifer. She was helpful and made our stay was very comfortable! We enjoyed the breakfasts option, gym amenities, and that it was conveniently close to shops and surrounding restaurants.

Very nice and friendly staff. The thermostat in the room did not seem to work. The room was a little cold but the thermostat said 75 (which I don't believe is accurate because at home I keep mine at 72). I changed the temp to 76 and it seemed to make no difference. Other than that, my stay was fine.

The room was very clean, the staff was very informative and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot, being walking distance to many restaurants and gas stations just a couple minutes away. I did not experience any loud noises or strange activity.
