For $250 a night you think they could make up the room. Never asked me at check in and never told me I had to request. Only stayed 2 nights so I did t need it the 2nd day but would have been nice to come back the 1st night to a made up room and fresh towels.

Waited 30 mins to check in. Front desk asked for my credit card and charged my card after I had told them that I had prepaid my reservation through Expedia. Checked in to the room and immediately walked down to the front desk to ask for another room since the neighbors in the first room we had had the TV loud and were screaming and laughing.
