The house includes an indoor fireplace and a cozy fire pit in the garden—ideal for enjoying warm, relaxing nights outdoors or inside.

The Space:
The house is arranged in three modules:

Social module: spacious living room with fireplace, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Private ensuite module: two floors, four bedrooms (two per floor), each with a private bathroom.

Shared bathroom module: two floors, four bedrooms (two per floor), with one shared bathroom per floor.

It also features a large terrace, BBQ area, garden fire pit, and ideal spaces for family or group gatherings.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Lago & Mar, including all three modules, terraces, BBQ area, and free private parking.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in the private Playa del Carmen community, featuring 24/7 security, green areas, lagoons, direct beach access, a clubhouse, sports courts, pools, and a children’s playground. This area blends nature and comfort just 2 hours from Lima.

Getting Around:
The community is located at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway. At the entrance, there’s a REPSOL gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. From there, you can easily reach Chincha (25 min), Pisco (10 min), and Paracas (30 min).

Other Things to Note:
The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.

The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.

Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.
