Studio Las Lanzas - Beach front
Relájate y desconecta en este cómodo estudio con vistas a playa Muchavista. Capacidad para 2 personas, dispone de una amplia terraza donde disfrutar del mar en cualquier momento del día.
Urbanización completa con todos los servicios, piscina comunitaria, pádel, tenis, zona de juegos infantiles, barbacoa, restaurantes, parada del tranvía a pie de urbanización con conexión directa a Benidorm, Alicante, Altea y Denia.
El estudio cuenta con una terraza, área de salón donde el mueble se abre y se convierte en una amplia cama, una pequeña cocina totalmente equipada, un baño y área de lavandería en el trastero.
El estudio pertenece a la urbanización Las Lanzas pero se encuentra fuera del recinto, justo en el edificio de la arrocería.
Los huéspedes pueden hacer uso de todos los servicios que la urbanización ofrece, barbacoa, pistas de tenis, fútbol sala, baloncesto y un parque infantil.
La comunidad dispone de 2 piscinas abiertas desde el 1 junio al 30 de septiembre. ( según climatología)
Cuando la piscina está abierta, para acceder necesitarás solicitar horario en la App de la comunidad, te daremos acceso a ella el día de antes de tu llegada para que puedes solicitarlo antes de llegar.
El equipo de Moonkey se encarga de la hospitalidad. Están disponibles en permanencia ante cualquier incidencia o pregunta. Se les puede contactar por teléfono o mediante el hilo de conversaciones de Airbnb en cualquier momento.
El barrio de la playa de Muchavista, es un barrio poco masificado junto a la maravillosa playa de Muchavista/San Juan. Es un barrio abierto al mar, en el que se puede disfrutar de uno 300 días de sol al año y de las aguas cristalinas del Mar Mediterráneo, así como de todo tipo de actividades deportivas acuáticas y de la típica comida Mediterránea.
El alojamiento está muy bien comunicado con Alicante, Campello, Benidorm, Altea y Denia, ya que existe una parada de tranvía (L3) a los pies de la urbanización.
Existen amplias zonas de aparcamiento tanto en el interior de la urbanización como en parcelas anexas a la misma.

Gorgeous beach and view from the balcony
Fab place to stay if you want quiet and a beautiful beach to relax in.
2 min walk to the beach.
The apartment had a great working fridge to have your ice cold water or wine in. Definitely a plus on a hot day
Slight down side is not a lot of restaurants within walking distance, although 3 stops on the tram either to el Campello or San Juan and you are in the mist of it.
The 2 things the apartment lacked was a good shower and the tv didn’t work properly not a major issue for us although could be if that’s important to you.
