This was the most lovely hotel we have probably stayed in. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind; they arranged for an early check-in for us on short notice, provided lots of information about the El Calafate area, and arranged for a very early airport pick up for us. Great, clean, livin big in El Calfate

Amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, great bathroom/water pressure in the shower, very spacious, kind staff, great breakfast to get you fueled up for all your adventures. Not worth saving money to stay at more budget places because this place really isn’t that much more but offers so much better amenities you want after a long day of hiking.

Great stay!

Had a very nice 3-night stay. Great check in experience. We were given a welcome drink, and Juan Manuel at the reception was excellent with his professionalism, friendliness, and willing to help. He gave us great recommendations for dinner as well. Room was spacious, clean, and had an in-room safe and mini-ref. Breakfast was plentiful with ample selection. Location can't be beat being in the centre of town. Close to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.
