Worst experience we have ever had. DO NOT STAY HER

Absolute nightmare of a stay. We emailed before booking this as we were staying for many nights and then planned to come back in 13 days time. They said we could leave our bags thwre and that it was no problem. We have the email to show. The evening we planned to leave, they informed us whoever told us that had lied to us. The manager would not do anything. This cost us thousands in extea baggage fees over our trip. Rooms were not serviced, no fresh towels or anything in 4 days, and the customee service was the worst I have ever dealt with.

Frukosten på hotellet var mycket bra men rummet på Annexet var väldigt litet och av mycket gammal standard, slitet och osedvanligt lyhört. Det var däremot inget fel på städningen, det var rent och snyggt trots allt. Rummets standard i förhållande till priset gör dock att betyget sjunker rejält, priset borde ha varit åtminstone 500:- lägre.

Ett bra och prisvärt boende! Rymligt rum, egen toalett och dusch, rent, hyfsat fasta sängar, centralt fast ändå lugnt område, gratis parkering utanför entrén. Incheckning och frukost är på Stadshotellet ca 500 meter från Annexet. Helt okej frukostbuffé.

Personalen var superhärlig! Jag bodde i annexet och fick bra info. Rummet var egentligen jättebra men Hackvad tycka att priset är för högt för ett liknande rum. Lite slitet och en utav handdukarna var blöta, antagligen var den ren men det känns lite obehagligt när den man ska använda redan är blöt, ifall den skulle varit använd av någon annan.
