Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The AC in the main room remote doesnt work, needs unplugging. The bathroom and corners of the apartment had hair from other people everywhere, dusty everywhere, remote batteries held in my 2 band-aids, and electricity outlets loosely covered if at all, not safe for kids, low water pressure, and the pool was dirty, too many chemicals, you cannot see the floor bottom of the pool and, the washing machine was violently loud and the AC in the master bed downstairs made constant loud bursts of noise that made it hard to doze off and kept waking the baby and ourselves, the dishes were old and dirty. The table chairs are peeling old fake white leather pieces, and they are unstable and wobbly, the complimentary coffee was not there and we waited over an hour to get it only to discover it was fake home made capsules that were horrible tasting and weak. No parking and apathetic property management. The pictures look good but the reality is that it's better to go to a hotel and pay more than to suffer. Even the laundry hanger thingy outside is broken so there's no way to hang laundry to dry. Simply a neglected property with paper things walls and no sound proofing. Every step upstairs on the top floor is felt loudly downstairs. This was our first time in Eilat and it was a disappointment to say the least merely because of this lame knock-off apartment. Nobody is responsible for anything, it's a rigged loop of point and blame. Don't believe me? Welcome to waste your money and find out.
