The hotel’s pool was not very clean. The water was murky and had too many guests and not enough chair lounges and umbrellas to accommodate everybody. The front desk staff was not very well informed about amenities around the hotel or optional tours in the area. They need training to deal better with non-Israeli citizens.

Amazing Hotel

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff, great pool, breakfast was excellent. Alina and Shova at the front desk were amazing. They really went out of their way to help me with booking, and their service was incredible and greatly appreciated.
