Great hotel in a great location with easy parking. The hotel overlooks the river and the staff is extremely friendly both in the front office and in the restuarant. This is my 4th time staying here and I will keep coming back as this is the best hotel in Deventer

Pillows hotel is the best place to stay in Deventer, it is in a quite zone next to the river bank and a 3 min ferry ride from the city center. I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Deventer, Netherlands. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and in a great location close to shops and restaurants, which made everything so convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the Deventer area.

We had an exceptional "birthday stay," after enjoying a day and evening in Deventer. Everything was super great: Reception personnel, the room, the bed, the shower with wonderful-smelling bath gel, the view. Parking was easy, close, lots of available spaces. It made it seamless to buy ferry tickets at the hotel. The ferry to the city center was less than a 5 minute walk. We didn't have dinner at the hotel, but breakfast options were extensive, high quality and satisfying, including the coffee and fresh orange juice. We appreciated all of it. Just a couple of things we noticed aside from all this good: some tiles in the hallway ceiling really need to be replaced. And, when everything else is so great, why not have the buyer for Housekeeping buy a better quality of toilet paper and tissues? These were surprisingly low quality, which is why it stood out against all the rest that was near to or absolute perfection. We had a truly lovely stay!

Really loved the location of the property, even though it was the other side of the river from the town centre, there is a little ferry going every 10 minutes. I would recommend staying there for visiting Deventer.

The view over the river the 'Ijssel' and the church of Deventer. We also felt very welcome, with a very relaxed checkin procedure in the living room. Also the 'a la cart' breakfast is great and prevents waste of food, good thought!
