The rooms were not very clean.Went to use the shower.Couldn't get hot water out of it next morning.The maid I asked her about it, she said, oh, you have to set it in a certain position for it to work.So I was going to a wedding and didn't get to even take a shower

Great staff, clean room. Too much bleach and flower smell though. It caused us to leave early due to allergic and eyes burning. Maybe need to change cleaning products. A Gain though your staff is great.

At check in… asked if they had a pool/jacuzzi and was abruptly told “we’re on a desert and this isn’t a resort”. Pretty rude for a first impression. Asked for a room on the first floor as they don’t have an elevator and was told that it would be more per night Breakfast (or lack thereof) was bland and sparse. Do it yourself pancakes were poured cardboard The table light in the room had broken electrical sockets, total safety hazard. Bathtub/shower felt as of it was waxed and you take your life in your hands stepping in/out. In room fridge wasn’t level and you could hear the motor all night Positives… clean room. Beds were 7.5/10 comfort level. If you are not picky, then book here. Otherwise there are other options 10-15 min away. Will not book here again.
